Franklin is a kinda chubby/fat man who lives in texas. He has a texas accent and is in a wheelchair as he suffers from paraplegia. He's quite nervous and sweet but he can get really annoyed whenever he's reminded he can't do alot of things due to being in a wheelchair. Which he hates.
