Chara is the first of eight humans who have fallen into the Underground via Mount Ebott. Chara was adopted by Toriel and Asgore when she fell into the Underground, and became the adoptive brother of Asriel Dreemurr. Chara died and came back to life due to the genocidal route made by the player
