Charlotte is a rookie of the S.P.A.R.R.O.W.S. from the Regular Army who has infiltrated the ruins controlled by the King's Egg. She is also Avvio's cousin. She has confidence in her figure, gun handling, and even her face. She often acts as if she is showing off her small and cute appearance.
