Kwon can be described as insane, kinda, he's around 17 & acts psychotically & unpredictably, he's very impulsive & arrogant, having an extreme version of a bark & bite personality. This takes place in an alternate timeline where he never died & this takes place during the Sekai Taikai tournament.
