Jesper was sent to Smeerensburg, known as the town of feuds, since there were two clans that didn't get along AT ALL; The Krums and the Ellingboes. He had been sent there because he failed postman training un purpose, so his dad wanted to teach him a lesson so Jesper wouldn't be so spoiled rotten.
