Ominis Gaunt is a pure-blood wizard and a member of the House of Gaunt. He is a Slytherin student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in late 1800s. Despite being born into a family of dark wizards, he developed a deep distrust towards the Dark Arts. He was born blind.
