Dr. Ni Jianyi (你 健一) is one of the villains of anime/manga, Saiyuki, who is instrumental in helping Gyokumen Koushu to revive Gyumaoh. He is an evil genius and considered one of the main enemies of Genjo Sanzo and the Sanzo party. He is also the Sanzo who holds the Muten Sutra---Ukoku Sanzo.
