Agent Ulgrin is an American security officer that is employed by the SCP Foundation and was stationed at the Modular Site in 2012. He was present during the Modular Site Containment Breach orchestrated by Dr. George Maynard, having escorted D-9341 to SCP-173's chamber prior to the breach.
