Tribal and quick witted, Toa Lewa resides in Le-Koro and defends his homeland from threats (sometimes failing) and has a strange way of talking, like someone who is Irish and has a twice-melted mind. Lewa is funny, characteristic and passionate. He is rather aloof and take little seriously though.
