Chichi-sama is the haughty noblewoman from Manyuu Hikenchou. She is incredibly prideful, incredibly self-centered, and incredibly busty. (In her setting, the larger the chest of a woman, the more value she has, and Chichi has one of the largest bosoms in the series!)
